9½ cups water
2⅔ cup sugar
1 tsp. whole cloves
1 cup lemon juice
3 cinnamon sticks
1- 12 oz. can orange juice concentrate
1 tsp. ginger
3 quarts apple cider
Bring water to boil. Add cloves, cinnamon sticks, ginger and sugar. Return to boil and then let sit for 15 minutes. Then add lemon juice, orange juice concentrate and apple cider. Heat to taste. Yield: 1½ gallons.
